Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means most new, unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a refund.* To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@cadetstoys.com.

 

Important Pre-Orders Information

Orders will not ship until all items in the order are in stock. To avoid delays, we recommend placing pre-orders separately from items that are currently available.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on trading card games (e.g., Pokémon, Magic, etc.) or other blind-box products. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

*Please note: a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply in some cases.

Order Cancellation Policy

To request a cancellation, email hello@cadetstoys.com with your order number. Please use the email associated with your cadetstoys.com account.
We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order enters processing or has shipped.

  • Customer Holds: Orders may be canceled within 14 days for a full refund. After 14 days, cancellations are eligible for store credit only and may incur a 15% restocking/storage fee. Pre-orders on hold follow the same policy.

  • Frequent Cancellations may result in loss of hold privileges.

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email before the order ships. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process outlined above.

Replacement on Sold Out/Archived Items

We cannot guarantee that we will have replacement parts for sold out or older archived items as replacement inventory is not always available. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We make every effort to package your order so that it arrives in excellent condition. We are not responsible for damages incurred by carriers during transit.

If you receive an item not in the condition advertised, please send us photos by e-mail to hello@cadetstoys.com. All claims must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the product.

All efforts will be made to replace any damaged item, however because some products may be considered collectible and limited in quantity we cannot always guarantee a replacement can be made for your item.  If this is the case, a refund will be issued for your item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
