"The Sub-Mariner Must Be Stopped!" - The Human Torch and the Thing are at home, sparring as usual, when they learn that Sub-Mariner has been spotted heading towards the mainland. They head out to take him on single-handedly, and manage to drive him off, not knowing until the end what his true purpose was. "Mordo Must Not Catch Me" - Dr. Strange attempts to contact the Ancient One, but is unable to do so. Upon further investigation, he learns that Mordo has captured the man, and must race time and Mordo around the world to free him.
